It was pure chaos. In one situation, we waited 45 minutes after calling 10 minutes ahead. We missed our reservation because of it. Front desk apologized but for the high cost of valet parking offered no discount or refund for the inconvenience of their staff. Ventajas: Service, accommodations. Ventajas: That we were close to the aquarium.
Desventajas: Valet is horrible, checkin is ok nice but if you are tourist they should inform you of events going on. Valet changes their in and out sign on a daily basis. My Atlanta trip would have been better if customer service was more spot on at our hotel. We will not be returning to Omni or Atlanta.
Ventajas: We were very comfortable and had a great stay. Desventajas: The staff knocking on the door during a nap to obtain our dishes from breakfast that we were still nibbling on at 11am.
It was not a deal breaker and probably something we should have realized would happen. Ventajas: Location is good, and the view is nice. Wallpaper peeling, dark look. Bar area is nice, but staff seemed to not want to be there and it showed in the service. Sat at the bar and had an unpleasant smell. Ventajas: Easily accessible from airport by MARTA- came in during snow storm and had no trouble getting there by train. The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta. Desventajas: For the cost I would hope for a peaceful nights sleep but instead loud music was played half the night along with younger girls running and laughing up and down the hall. Very disrespectful. Ventajas: The valet parking and baggage storage staff were very friendly and helpful, but the check in receptionist was cold and impersonal. Desventajas: The room wasn't as big as I was expecting and I had hoped for a bathroom as nice as the one I stayed in in St. It had a big walk in shower while the one in Atlanta was a standard tub you can find in any hotel. Ventajas: Incredible views. Desventajas: Only complaint - the beds in the double queen rooms are small, and do not comfortably sleep two adults. Ventajas: View from the room was lovely.

Great location to restaurants and the trolley. As we checked out, I happened to speak to a nice gentleman at the front door and mentioned we would be back in a week's time because we were celebrating our anniversary in Aruba.
He gave me his card and said he and his staff would ensure that we had a great time when we returned. When we returned, he had upgraded us to a King Suite on the 17th floor with a corner view and 3 balconies! It was the most amazing room I have ever stayed in at a hotel. We also had a nice "snack" in the bar and I had am amazing kale salad.

I forgot to leave my keys in my car one night when we got in and they sent a security office named Erin to my room to get my keys and very polite. Room balcony doors actually open so you can get a breeze and see the city. Excellent location for getting all around the city. But the room that I got its wasn't clean everything just was dasty the sheet was very dirty I don't think that hotel with high quality like the say but honestly it's wasn't athe all I'll give it rate 5 star only because the location was great. My TV did not work. After 3 attempts by the staff to make it right and two comps on my bill they move us to a different room. The staff did everything on their power to make it right for us, but I think they were handicapped by the facilities and resources available to them. Hilton needs to make an investment in this facility!

Desventajas: There was an incident on our floor with a rowdy guest banging on our door at 2 am. When we called the front desk, they said they were aware of the situation and hung up. When checking out the next day, they barely acknowledged it and said we were the only guests to complain and claimed the floor was full. It was impossible to get ahold of management after calling and leaving a message.
